
I am the Physical Education teacher and co-coordinator for the Compentency Based Diploma program. I am starting my 6th year at Pathways. I earned my Bachelors Degree from the University of Northern Colorado in speech communication and Physical Education. I minored in Social Studies and Health. I earned of Masters of Education Administration degree and Principal License from Regis University. At UNC I worked with the mens basketball program, where I started as student manager and worked my way up to assistant coach. I have also coached basketball at Metro State University. I coached girls basketball at both Horizon and Legacy High School. I have also coached many other sports such as Lacrosse, tennis, track, soccer and baseball.
My goal in class is to teach life long skills that students can use in their adult lives. I hope they will use these skills to maintain a healthy life style. I try to focus on nutriton during my health class.
